The acoustic session at The Albion in Ampthill has become a regular event on the 2nd Wednesday of the month and has now been added to the listings. Location & details can be found on the Google map.

Uncertain future for The Bull

The situation regarding the lease of The Bull Hotel in Stony appears to be in a state of flux at the moment so a degree of uncertainty exists regarding the future of sessions at the venue. The long established Sunday lunchtime session in The Vaults Bar may be under threat so, until things are resolved, it is requested that we try and maintain a good attendance over the coming weeks to help emphasise its importance as a music venue.

Week early Wheatsheaf

Please note the Wheatsheaf session at Bow Brickhill is a week earlier (on 21st November) this month because of the one off session at The Swan in Woburn Sands on the 28th. See Vic's message on the board.

New session in Cublington.

It is good to see from Steve's message on the board that the defunct White Swan session at Whitchurch has now found a new home at The Unicorn in Cublington. The inaugral session will be Tuesday this week (Nov. 9th) so a decent turnout would be appreciated. For details see Steve's message.

A message from Lynne Watkins

Hi, I have been asked to get some musicians together to play at The Crown, Tingewick on 11th December. This is to celebrate 'Tanders' night, St Andrews being the patron Saint of Lacemakers and there were a lot of them in Tingewick once! This will be an acoustic folk session, we could do with a few more supporters also to remind those who said they may be coming. Many thanks, Lynne.
