Message board
While the message board has done yet another disappearing trick I've decided that the only way forward is to try and replace it with one that doesn't rely on an external hosting service. Hopefully it will work OK although I can't guarantee there won't be some teething problems.

Funeral arrangements
Rick has informed me that Donna's funeral will be at Bodmin Crematorium on Monday, March 2nd at 1.30pm. Her ashes will be scattered on Looe Island which had become a favourite place for her.

This Sunday's Wheatsheaf
The Wheatsheaf session this coming Sunday evening (Feb.22nd) will be in memory of Donna as it was a venue she often visited and particularly enjoyed....Although she didn't attend many sessions during the last few years there must be many of you who remember her outstanding ability on the bodhran and enthusiasm for all things musical so please come along and share some lively tunes and fond memories.

Donna Whitlock
More sad news I'm afraid....Donna Whitlock who frequented many of our sessions passed away in her sleep and was found this morning....She was a very talented percussionist & artist and was well known in Stony before moving down to Cornwall just over a year ago. I will post any further details when I get to know.

Matt's funeral
I have been informed that Matt's funeral will be at St. Giles Church, Stony Stratford at 2.00pm on Thursday, February 26th.

Matt Armour
It comes as a shock to read Pearl's post regarding Matt....He was at the forefront of the local music community and was responsible for organising and running many events, especially in Stony. Many of us knew him as the mainstay of the long established Vaults session. A great loss to us all.
